I’m Debra Gerson — an artisan independent perfumer who studied with the Grasse Institute of Perfumery and the Institute for Art and Olfaction, with additional study in Mandy Aftel’s Natural Perfumery Theory. My work blends classical technique with a modern, intimate approach to fragrance creation.

Before stepping fully into perfumery, I spent more than fifteen years building and running one of Colorado’s leading spas, where I worked deeply with sensory experience, botanicals, wellness, and the design of ritual. That foundation still shapes my perspective today: scent as a grounding, atmospheric, personal art form.

Bespoke perfumery is one of my favorite ways to work. I love to collaborate with individuals to design something truly unique — a scent built around their chemistry, memories, and mood. Each session is calm, intentional, and immersive, blending natural extracts with select aroma molecules to create fragrances that feel clean, refined, and authentic.

My philosophy is simple:
Nature as the foundation, design as the elevation.
