Private Bespoke Fragrance Clients

Booking your bespoke fragrance experience is simple.

Begin by scheduling a Complimentary Discovery Consultation, a brief phone conversation where we'll discuss your fragrance preferences, inspirations, and the experience you're hoping to create. This is an opportunity for us to answer questions, explore your vision, and ensure we're a wonderful creative fit before beginning the bespoke process.

If you decide to move forward, you'll then schedule your Initial Bespoke Design Session. At this time, payment of $1,850 is collected for the complete Bespoke Perfume Creation Experience, which includes your curated olfactive discovery kit, four private virtual sessions, all custom fragrance trials, one 100 ml bottle of your finished bespoke perfume, and shipping throughout the entire process.

If you choose not to continue following your Initial Bespoke Design Session—and before your curated olfactive discovery kit has been prepared and fragrance development has begun—$1,500 of your payment is refundable. The remaining $350 covers your initial design session, creative planning, and project preparation. Once your discovery kit has been prepared and formulation work has commenced, the bespoke process becomes non-refundable, as your fragrance is being created exclusively for you.

After receiving your curated olfactive discovery kit, you'll schedule your Curated Olfactive Discovery Session, where we'll explore the materials together and refine your fragrance direction before formulation begins.

Once your first set of bespoke fragrance trials arrives, you'll have time to experience each composition on your skin before scheduling your First Fragrance Review Session. Together, we'll discuss your impressions and determine which creative direction resonates most deeply.

After your refined second-round formulations arrive, you'll schedule your Second Fragrance Review Session to compare the final two compositions and confidently select your signature fragrance.

Please note that Bespoke Perfume Creation gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Once your bespoke experience begins, the creation process should be completed within four months.

Brand Fragrance Clients

If you're developing a fragrance for your brand, the process begins a little differently.

Start by scheduling a Complimentary Brand Fragrance Consultation, a brief 15-minute call where we'll discuss your concept, goals, and determine whether we're a good fit to work together.

If you'd like to proceed, you'll then book a Brand Strategy Session ($350). During this focused working session, we'll define your fragrance direction, target customer, creative brief, development scope, and production goals. You'll leave with a clear understanding of the development process, timeline, and next steps for bringing your fragrance to market.

Should you move forward with a full fragrance development project, the cost of your Brand Strategy Session will be applied toward your project fee.
