Not at all. You don’t need to know notes, terminology, or fragrance families. The session is guided and collaborative — you only need curiosity. You will fill out forms before our first and refinement sessions. If there is something you don’t know the answer to, just skip it and we’ll go over it together.

Your initial virtual bespoke perfume experience will take about 60 minutes. You will fill out a Bespoke Perfume Creation Design Brief when you schedule. Don’t worry if you don’t know something on the form. We’ll go over all of it together!

Your Bespoke Perfume Experience includes a complimentary discovery call, four private virtual design sessions, a curated olfactive discovery kit, four 2 ml first-round trial fragrances, two 2 ml refined trial fragrances, and one 100 ml bottle of your finished bespoke perfume. The initial Discovery Consultation is complimentary. The complete Bespoke Perfume Creation Experience is $1,850 and includes four private virtual design sessions, a curated olfactive discovery kit, custom trial formulations, one 100 ml bottle of your finished bespoke perfume, and all shipping. During the complimentary consultation, we'll discuss your fragrance vision, answer any questions, and ensure we're a good creative fit before moving forward.

If you choose not to continue before your curated olfactive kit and fragrance development have begun, $1,500 of your $1,850 payment will be refunded. The remaining $350 covers the initial design session, project planning, and creative preparation, and is non-refundable.

Most clients leave with one finished fragrance, but if we discover two distinct directions you love, we can discuss creating a second variation or add-on formulation at an additional cost.

The entire process can take about three depending on your decisions as well as the aging of trial formulations and the completed fragrance.

Yes. Once your formula is on file, you may reorder at any time. Each refill is still handcrafted from scratch—measured, blended, and aged in small batches using your original materials. This process ensures your scent remains consistent and luxurious, not mass-produced. Refill pricing reflects this artisan work: 50 ml for $175 and 100 ml for $265, including maceration and bottling. Shipping is included.

The Curated Olfactive Discovery Kit is a personalized collection of perfumery materials and scent references that you'll receive as part of your bespoke fragrance experience. Carefully selected around your creative brief, the kit allows us to explore individual materials together during a private virtual session before formulation begins. This shared olfactive experience helps build a common fragrance vocabulary, uncover unexpected preferences, and refine your scent direction with greater clarity. Whether you're new to fine fragrance or a longtime perfume lover, the discovery kit creates a more thoughtful and collaborative foundation for your bespoke perfume.

I use a gentle, guided approach and work with ingredients at low, safe concentrations. If you have specific sensitivities, please share them during booking so our first virtual session can be tailored for you.

No. We do not replicate other’s work. We are happy to use a favorite perfume as a starting point for inspiration though. Additionally, it’s not cost-effective for you to utilize a bespoke perfume process to create a perfume that already exists.

Virtual sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. You may cancel your Bespoke Perfume Creation before the first round of trial formulations is prepared, however your initial investment of $350 is not refundable once our First Virtual Session begins. Once blending begins, all fees become non-refundable. Each trial requires significant time, premium materials, and hand-crafted lab work—every sample is custom-built specifically for you and cannot be repurposed. This policy ensures the integrity of the process and the quality of the work created on your behalf.

Your final fragrance is created exclusively for your personal use. While you may wear and enjoy it freely, the underlying formula remains the intellectual property of the perfumer.
Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the formula or any derivative products.

These projects are taken selectively to ensure the highest level of creative focus and craftsmanship.
