At The Bespoke Perfumer, every fragrance is crafted with intention, care, and the highest level of artistry. Because our work is custom and small-batch, our shipping and refund policies reflect the time and materials required to create each piece.

Shipping Policy

Processing & Maceration Time

For Bespoke Perfume Creation clients, each fragrance is blended to order and requires a 2–4 week maceration period before bottling and shipment.
This ensures your perfume is fully matured, balanced, and true to its final character.

Ready-made items (if offered) typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on your location and shipping regulations for fragrance products.

United States Domestic Shipping

Shipping timelines vary by region. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–10 business days once dispatched.

International Shipping

International delivery times range significantly and may require additional customs processing.
Clients are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees determined by their country.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once items leave our studio and enter the carrier’s system, delays or losses are unfortunately outside our control.
If an issue arises, we will assist as much as possible, but we cannot refund or replace packages marked as delivered.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bespoke Perfume Creation

You may cancel your bespoke service before any virtual sessions or trial formulations have been prepared. Once your first virtual session begins, the initial $350 investment is not refundable.
Once blending begins, all fees become non-refundable. Each trial sample requires premium materials, significant studio time, and cannot be repurposed for another client.

Refills of Bespoke Fragrances

All refills are custom-crafted to order and are non-refundable once production begins.

Ready-Made Products (If Applicable)

For safety and quality control reasons, all fragrance products—including perfumes, oils, and samples—are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Allergic Reactions

Because fragrance sensitivity varies widely, we cannot offer refunds due to allergic reactions or personal preference. Patch-testing is recommended.

Changes & Updates

We may update this Shipping & Refund Policy occasionally to reflect changes in procedures, shipping regulations, or production timelines. The “Last updated” date will always indicate the most recent version.
