Welcome to The Bespoke Perfumer (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing this website or purchasing any products or services, including the Bespoke Perfume Creation service, you (“you,” “client,” or “customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Services

We offer artisan-crafted fragrances, custom perfumery services, and related products. All formulas, ingredients, processes, and intellectual property associated with our work remain the property of the perfumer.

2. Bespoke Perfume Creation Service

The Bespoke Perfume Creation service includes:

• A complimentary consultation

• A full design session

• One set of initial trial formulations (2 ml x 4)

• A refinement session

• A second round of samples if needed (2 ml x 2)

• Two final 50 ml bottles of your finished perfume

• Access to future refills of your formula

All formulas are created uniquely for each client and cannot be resold or repurposed.

3. Payment

Partial payment is required to reserve your place in the bespoke calendar. Work does not begin until the remainder of payment is received.
We accept major forms of online payment as listed at checkout.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Bespoke Perfume Creation service before any virtual sessions and trial formulations have been prepared. Once your first virtual session begins, the initial payment of $350 is not refundable.
Once blending begins, all fees are non-refundable.
Each trial sample is handcrafted specifically for you and requires significant time, premium materials, and laboratory work. These formulations cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed for another client.

5. Reorders & Refills

Once your formula is finalized, you may reorder at any time.
Refills are handcrafted from scratch using the same materials and organic alcohol as your original perfume.
Current refill pricing is:

• 50 ml — $175

• 100 ml — $265

Pricing may change over time to reflect ingredient costs or formulation adjustments.

6. Formula Ownership & Usage Rights

Your final fragrance is created exclusively for your personal use. While you may wear and enjoy it freely, the underlying formula remains the intellectual property of the perfumer.
Clients may not reproduce, sell, or distribute the formula or any derivative products.

We do not provide formulas, percentages, ingredient lists, manufacturing instructions, or proprietary blends.

7. Shipping, Processing, and Maceration

All custom perfumes are blended to order and require at least a 2-4 week maceration period before bottling.
Shipping timelines vary by location.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Allergies & Sensitivities

By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that:

• You have disclosed any known allergies or sensitivities

• Although we use high-quality materials, reactions are always possible

• You assume responsibility for patch-testing and safe use of the product

We are not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse.

9. Use of Site & Content

All photographs, text, descriptions, formulas, product names, brand identity, artwork, and designs are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, copied, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely to provide services, ship products, and manage your account.
We do not sell your information to third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Delays outside our control

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

• Losses arising from misuse of products

• Issues caused by carrier delays

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the product.

12. Right to Decline Service

We reserve the right to decline bespoke requests that are outside our creative scope, conflict with our brand ethos, or cannot be executed responsibly.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of this site indicates acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
